TopCat Products designs and manufactures sisal cat scratching posts at our facility in Ashland City, Tennessee. We are a web-based company, and all of our products are sold online.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including through photos and descriptions on the Site. However:



  • Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from what is shown due to differences in monitors, lighting, and the natural materials (such as sisal) we use.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update product designs and materials at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) via UPS Ground.
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and are passed through at cost — we do not mark up shipping fees.
  • Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes assessed upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no questions asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the original purchase price, minus shipping charges. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Our cat scratching posts are intended for use by domestic cats as a scratching surface and furniture alternative. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopCat Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products.
